Weii the question is like if u like a person and want to propose the person but u are not sure about what the other person thinks, or u are still new to the relation and not sure whether the relation would work for a lifetime, or just bother if other person might get angry on u, when is the right time?

es i think that u are right on this but what if the other person doesnt feel so, it coulkd be problematic. I might lose the person too.
