How long can you hold your breath???

2 Minutes I cant hold my breath that much , I can wait for about only 40 to 50 secs.

I have never tried to hold my breath before. So, I do not know for sure how long I can do that.

two minutes is quite long, for me, i can hold my breath for about 45 seconds. i think you are a good swimmer as you can hold your breath longer. that was cool and you have healthy lungs.

I haven't done that in a while. But the last time I did was only around 1 minute and 30 seconds.
