Never done a Sauna completely naked together with other persons?

I have a friend that is doing it and that is making it only to see naked girls. In other sauna places it is forbidden to be naked. I think that it is right to have a t least a towel when you make sauna, to respect proud. But my friend will not be very happy if this will happen for all saunas.
