Are you a nocturnal person? Go and sleep at a fixed time in the night and get up early. YOu can do excellent work if you start mylot in wee hours. All the best in your endeavours.

It is 11.20 p.m in India and Sri Lanka, and I am at mylot, my son is watching TV and my wife is downstairs having a chat with her sister next door. My routing is the same as yours, but today I feel a little sleepy. So I will sleep as soon as my wife arranges the room.

I live in Itaklia is late afternoon they are the 18.30, I live alone, with my dog and am often at night awakes to sail with internet, do not bother to the dog, and if in the week-end I have my boyfriend at my home, if he is sleepy, he to bed I got up.
