Which nourishing conditioner do you suggest for dry & damaged hair?

I would suggest which I mostly use as follows: "Separate the white of an egg from the yolk, whip it to a peak. Add 1Tb. of the water to the yolk and blend until the mixture is creamy. Then mix the white and yolk together. Wet your hair with warm water, remove the excess moisture, and apply the mixture to your scalp with your fingertips. Massage gently until the froth is worked into your scalp, and then rinse the hair with cold water. Keep applying mixture until it is used up and then rinsed until all the egg is washed away. This could be used for all type of hairs. What is your suggestion??

Well, I have never heard of that before. I will keep that in mind for next time. Thanks.

When my hair needs extra conditioning, I just goop my hair up with mayonaise, wait 15 to 20 and then wash my hair as usual. It works real good, leaves your hair soft.
