Do you lie on forums ?

One strait question: do you lie about your identity, look or about something else on forums, even on myLot?
I have seen many people do this, and is really bothering me, why do they do this???

I have seen it a lot too. Once they will say their hubby is over in Iraq and the next post will say when i get married someday to the next post that says they have a beautiful girlfriend whom they love. Its like are you male or female/married or not/ etc... Just tell the truth!
