im having problems with my figure

last year i was seek for about a week and i've lost a lot of weight but now im back to my old figure which is kinda fat. i can't wear sexy clothes and im having a difficult time looking for clothes that looks good on me. the biggest problem i have are my arms. they are so big and to tell you the truth i.ve never tried wearing some sleeveless top when i go out my whole life. we went swimming just this January and i can't really manage not to show my flabs. im so desperate to get thin. but i really don't have time to really work out. and i get so hungry often.
