If you're using the mainline Kazaa client, beware of spyware/adware.

emule is definitely good but i go for bitlord and torrents cause they give the whole software with all patches rather than just a working version!!

I believe that Bitlord is just a repackaged version of BitComet. (Atleast last time I checked, which.. was quite a while ago.) Which would mean the things I said above about BitComet may very well apply. Figured I'd mention that.

If i need to download software or something like that i use Limewire but for my music downloads i use SoulSeek. I like soulseek because its only for music and you can really find every song you want. I used shareaza before but i wasnt very happy with it. It s not very good.

Meh, Shareza is okay. I like the way it connects to multiple networks & can utilize BitTorrent. But, I always end up uninstalling it and going to a client that specializes in one network. As for SoulSeek, I couldn't agree more. It's a great place to find rare and obscure music. Great for mainstram stuff, too.

I think the best p2p program to use was Limewire. I don't know why. I guess I like the interface cause it's easy to use and it's bright green! However, we recently got banned from using p2p progs. The whole damn country. Now I can't steal music..I have not tried emule though. Maybe I'l give it a go. Isit easy to use? Like Limewire?

Haha, indeed. eMule can be quite slow. Those queue lines get up into the thousands. As for my preferred method of P2P, it'd have to be BitTorrent. It's got a much more communal feeling (atleast for me) then most of the other P2P networks. Because of the way it's "centeralized" to websites, which generally have forums. I especially like the private BitTorrent sites which have strict rules to keep the quality up.

I use bitlord. It's the fastest P2P software that I've tryed. I trust it a lot too. It hasn't given me any problems yet.
