Have you gone to the emp;oyment dept of your state? They should help you, it's what they are there for.

You might try to get it expunged from your record, but I don't know how to go about it. You would probably need to hire a lawyer, but if you don't have a job, how can you hire a lawyer. You might do some research on the internet and try to find out how to go about it.
