why is the right choice always the boring one?

i sit here with a thought on my mind, what should i do? Go downstairs get a beer and watch TV or stay here and do more work? The right choice is obvious but its the boring one. why can the right choice never conveniently be the exciting, fun one as well?

It very occasionally is, but you are right, the right choice is often the boring one. However, it depends on what your life priorities are.

It is like many things the trouble is hidden until it is released by the chasing of excitement instead of doing the right thing

the right choice is always boring because it is the thing that you never want to do. who would want to do more work when you can just sit down and relax for the night and finish up the next day.

just think about what it enables and that should make it better because it will give you rewards
