Do you cry when you lose a pet?

I'm sure a lot of you have experienced a lost of a pet. I have lost two of my dogs and I know how heart broken I was. Then not too long ago, my horse died that I have had since I was 14( 7 years I've had her). I'm so heart broken over it. She was my baby girl, and it feels so weird that she's gone now. If you lost a pet, how did you handle it? I can't seem to stop crying.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I don't think anything makes it better except for time. My dogs are young still but to tell you the truth, me and my husband start crying when we just talk about the time when they won't be with us anymore. I just think I will be unconsolable. And what I'm really afraid of is that they are all around the same age so it will be one right after the other. :( I really hope that you can start to heal after losing her.

I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. I can't imagine losing my horse. We become so close to them that it's hard to imagine life without them. I lost my first dog just over a year ago now, and it took me about 6 months to stop crying when I thought about her. The more good things I remembered about her, the more I smiled. It helps to talk, and have a giggle with someone else who knew your horse well too. It's take some of the pain away

when i was young, we had a dog that we had to take to the vet "to go to a better family" because we never took care of it. i cried when they told me to help them put him in our car but i came crying to my room and they came telling that i need to take care of him if i really wanna keep him. so then the dog stayed but either way, the dog ran away a few days before we moved, so what was the point.

I get attached to animals too fast. My son's gueunia pig is most likely dying and I keep cryng everytime I look at it. I know I spelled it wrong.
