A question on myLot

I joined in myLot a month ago. I am keeping on posting new discussions and a few members also under me. I can see there are no changes in my earnings when I am responding to the discussions of my referrals posted or when I comment to the posting of my referrals.
Is it happening for you too? What are the facts of myLot? What we should not do when we refer some one?
