Express Lane irritation

Ok, this may not be an important topic, but I get so irritated when I go to check out in the express lane, and have to wait on someone who has 50 things in their basket. It happened to me this evening, so I guess this is my vent. I had 2 items, and had to wait forever while the lady in front of me (in the 20 or less lane) had 100 things in her basket. Am I the only one that this happens to, or do you have the same thing happen, and how do you feel about it?

I would point out to that lady (as nicely as possible) that she's in the express lane meant for 20 items or less. It could be that she's genuinely made a mistake and stood in the wrong line instead or that she's just too thick-skin. Either way, I would give her the benefit of the doubt but I would NOT let her get in front of me to pay for all her 100 odd items in her cart. I don't think that's fair to those behind her with much less items. If she doesn't budge, then I would point it out to the cashier. If the cashier doesn't do anything about it, I would definitely have a word with the manager. I think people who shop need to abide to store policies.
