Quitting instantly is not easy ,it shows thet up to 2/3 of people who attemtep to quit smoking relapse within a few days. Most people try to quit smoking but become ovewhelmed by the cravings and urge to smoke after.Stopping abruptly doesnt work for everyone. Reducing the number of cigarettes you smoke before completely quitting is clinically proven alternative. Start by cutting down a target number of cigarettes that you smoke each day then eventually stop. You can log on to www.nicorette.com.ph for more help.

Yes, I did try quitting smoking and thanks God it was a success. I used to smoke way back college when we were making some group projects, staying up late. Since then I got used to smoking but I only smoke when my parents and relatives aren't around, at school usually or when I hang out with friends. Later on I realized smoking won't give anything good to me. Well, our group project was done, so why still smoke? I then decided to avoid smoking and eventually stopped.
