i am using paypal from the past 2 years and i am currently withdrawing my paypal through www.xoom.com, i am from India. listen, for a direct withdrawal from paypal, its a must that you have atleast $150 in your paypal account, its really true, no doubts in it. they charge like $5 for processing the check and it can take about a month to reach your home in India. you can use www.xoom.com to withdraw your paypal also, BUT there's a problem that you cannot send money from India to India as its against law, that means since you are having an Indian Paypal account and you are from India, so you cannot send money to yourself. now you need someone either any of your friend or relative who is living outside India, it doesnt matter where, but must be outside India, then he can register on xoom and send you money from his paypal account. i DO NOT have any of my relatives abroad, but i have got a trustful friend in US, i just transfer my paypal to his paypal a/c and then he send me money from his paypal account. and i get it the next day when the transaction is processed. but since paypal can be chargedback, therefore i do not help other to withdraw through paypal as if someone, for example, sends me paypal, i send it to my friend, but later when he gets cash, and if he chargeback the payment he made to my a.c, then it will be cut from my credit card attached to my paypal a/c. hence i might help you only if i have full trust on you.

I was going to respond but dutchess gave you a correct response but even if it wasn't correct I think it was very mean of to imply that she was only doing it for the one or two cents it earns and responses dont earn 3 cents a posting.

I had $29.00 USD in my account the other day and I transferred $9 of it to my bank account for free with no problem. I know if you want it transferred anywhere else, or have a check written to you, there are fees and restrictions. But, for transferring it to your back account, no problem.

its because Paypal is from USA, and hence its damn easy to transfer paypal to bank or get cash via pp debit card, but unfortunately its not possible with Indians, we can't add a bank account to our accounts.

I'd have a hard time if it was $150.00 minimum before possible withdrawal. You can withdraw any amount that's in your paypal account at any time. There's no monthly waiting or certain amount that you need. But paypal may charge you some percent of your earnings because you're using the service. Don't worry though, it's not much.

Yah , that i know that pay pal may charge some percent of the earning, but if its not the minimum requirement of $150 then its fine. I was realy worried about it, cz i have just started my earning a weak before and now i have just crossed the $10 balance , so now i need to withdraw it ...

Its minimum balance for Indians to withdraw through check, for direct bank deposit I am not sure. But Indians have to withdraw this amount only and request a cheque from them. They cut 5$ too for each transactions. I think for others its okay.

I know in the US, you can withdraw any amount to a bank account with no fees. I'm not sure what it is for other countries, though. To find out, though, your best bet would be to go to http://www.paypal.com and either contact them or search for the answer yourself.
