Name brand clothes in school

I guess I would if they did not wear the same uniform to school each day.

I will not buy my children name brand clothing just for the pure sake of looking good to impress. I don't neccessarily think a dress code is the right answer either. If kids are going to be mean, they are going to find other issues to pick on. I don't disagree with dress codes, but at the same time, I don't think that's the answer. Instead I want to teach my kids to look further inside themselves and be happy with who they are. Confidence is key. I think if they can portray a certain amount of confidence in themselves that others will see that about them. I think that's what's most important. I want them to learn that valuable lesson in life.
