do you alow your childrens see tv in the night

i dont allow my children to see tv in the night . my children go to bed at 11:00 pm after their study .

i have been allowed to watch tv at night when i was a child or kid u can say. this is not bad habit if u have control and u select what u are u going to see. something wrong happens if there is cable connection which doesn't shows good channels during night. i m thankful to my cable operator that he did not changed his channels during night. i loved to see discovery and animal planed during night. have a nice day.
