What is Aging Gracefully?

What is aging gracefully all about? Define Aging Gracefully.

As for my personal outlook aging gracefully means not only the physical changes but the emotional that need to be dealth with. It is more on focusing on how to make quality of our lieves by accepting the fact and recognize we can't necessarily prevent and that is-aging.

aging gracefully is accepting the physical changes in your body as it comes and behave that way and not painting your hair or mush and trying to look as natural as possible in your behavior, gait, and actions and looks

I guess to me, it means being proud that you're old and don't hide your age when asked.
