well i reffered 46 for now and earned quite a few dollars.And some members are not working but some do.Here is the tip 1.Go to yahoo messenger and then chat with people in business section and convince them to join. 2.The best way-join orkut and join any community which is always active,and has more numbers of people.Then write some convincing thing and better do it now. 3.Say the truth about the site,what you must do and all other stuffs. 4.Tell your reffers to refer others ,so that even you could get some money. 5.And be a active member of any paid posting forum,their you must give the link. well that's all friends and remeber that try to join people from your country.Coz they would be convinced. And even i was reffered by someone...just think how much he earned from me....GOSH
