What are Serial Killers all about??

What are those serial killers all about. Why do they kill innocent people whom they have never met. Do they enjoy it or they have some sort of sickness. Serial killers are not always mentally disturbed and do have a great presence of mind to plan their killings. How could they do that?

They are the sico basically they have the frustration from inside. They have some other imagination or have some other world in his mind.
