Buldging of lower stomach

I can tell you that when you have more fat in the lower stomach it is from too much carb intake. Asidee from watching carbs, I would say crunches, and when you do them, keep lugs up crossed at the ankle, and with each crunch, lift your butt up as well, that uses your lower abdominal muscles.
