I do myself, but have found that getting away from the computer every now and then (each hour at least), stretching and walking around a little helps. Also I sleep on my side and found that placing a small pillow between my knees when I sleep helps. Since I've been doing these two things I have very little trouble but if I forget you can be sure I will have problems.
