Is Yoga for everyone?

I have recently started taking Yoga. Although I find the stretching to do wonders for my muscles, I can't seem to get into the inner piece thing. I have trouble with the breathing through my nose. I can't stay focused, my mind is always wondering off somewhere. I don't feel grounded or centered. Am I missing something? Am I doing something wrong? What do others feel about yoga? Has it really helped you or was it a waste of time. I hope to stick with it, but wanted to hear what other people think. Are some of us just not meant to do Yoga?
