My responses dont go through...

Has anyone experienced this? On certain discussions, usually happens once a day for me, I will post a response but it doesnt show up. Then I wait and try again and it still doesnt. Ever happen to you? Anyone know why?

it happens once a while for me. twice today. refresh wont work too. when it happens. i think the sever becomes very busy or something like that happens
