my body aches if I stay in bed past 7 hours. I have never liked to sleep much, I may miss something. LOL Actually you do not get fat from sleepy, you eat less and your body does burn calories while you sleep. When I was very young I wanted to sleep 12 hours, but now 7 is good.

inactivity will make us fat, that's for sure. but i think getting enough sleep is healthful and even recommended. i try to get at least 6 hours of sleep everyday. that may not be enough, but my body's kind of adjusted to it already. sleeping beyond that makes me tired and lazy all throughout the day.
