When I had to leave my home for further studies was the time I realised I don't know how to cook? It was then that I was taught by my roommates tit bits and started recollecting what mama use to do in kitchen then I realised that cooking is not that tough, how many of you had similar experiences of learning cooking only when no option left?

I learnt to cook only when I came to the US a year ago. I came her right after I got married and back home I was never near the kitchen. Once in a while I used to help my mom. So when I came here obivously it was upto me to put a meal on the table and I was so surprised when I realised it's so much fun and not a bother at all. I enjoy cooking and have become such a good cook that I experiment with various cuisines all the time. I like it so much that I want to pursue a career in the culinary arts.:)
