How do you keep fit ?

There are many ways of keeping fit today. Yes, it's true. Keeping fit, healthy or having a toned body is not easy. You have to diet and diet, exercise alot but sometimes we just can't resist the temptation of eating so much after a hard day. What are your ways of keeping in shape ?

i love calisthenics. just 15 minutes a day- everyday- its especially grat wheni cant get in a full workout with equipment. i also like to bike in the morning when its crisp.

i go for is one of the best ways to stay fit.
