mycat will be a year old in april and I think she has gone into heat she pokes her rear in the air and is rolling all over the floor. how long do cats tend to stay in heat?

Yup shes in heat it only lasts about a week. i have only 1 cat thats not fixed shes in heat now it seems like shes in heat every 8-10 weeks.
