Are call centre people courteous to you?

I have sometimes filleld the forms ion net and have got calls from the concern people. Then moment i feel that its not what i am looking for and i told them that most of the call centre guy/gals jsut cut the line without a single word. i find it bit too rude they are nice till you agree with them the moment u say no that's it . I feel bad one can say bye and cut the line. but this people just bangs the [phone. Did anyone fo you went through

call center people are still people. we have to accept that people can be that rude but we also cant deny the fact that there people who are really polite and are willing to be of service. these people are trained to be polite as they handle people matter. i have gone through people that are indeed very rude but i dont have to be one or i'll just be on the same pack as they are, right? i am a call center representative and i treat my customers they way i want to be treated.
