What do you think about the life in the countryside? Do you think it is possible to have a good life without being in a big city with noise, pollution, accidents. The tendance is that people leave the countryside, but really is it good for them? I think there is a lot of avantages in the countryside. If you have suggestion or if you live there, post it. Bye

I live in the mountains where I am surronded by the majesty of nature. I chose to live where I do because I flt closed in and restless in the big city. I yerned for the sweet taste of clean air, and freedom to waunder the vast mountains near my home. I find solace in the clear, cold creeks as the water cascades over smooth rocks, and in the summer I cool myself by dangling my feet into the liquid glass. I have found a good measure of peace here, but there is also lonliness and a feeling of being disconnected from the rest of humanity. Still given the choice I would live where I do, where the great winds come from the west and eagles circle the deep blue sky carried aloft on their breath.

I've stayed in all kinds of places. I did farmstay for a bit when I was in Melbourne. Collected chicken eggs and milked cows. Not a lot else to do at night. Not my kinda life. I don't quite like living in huge cities either. Stayed in Shanghai for a few months and that was hell. I think I'm a suburbian through and through!
