What does the tag button mean on mylot?

tagging is the important keyword which will describe about the topic in a precise manner.it will be helpful while performing searching.if you know your tag word then it will be easy to locate the topic.furthertag words will be of blue color and is a hyperlink to other discussion which has the same word as tagged word.

From what I know tagging your discussions and responses mean that there is more chance of people seeing them if they use the search facility here at myLot. For example if you were to use the search facility and typed in "tags" and put it on myLot rather than web then it would give you a list of discussions where people have used "tags" as a tag/keyword for their discussion.

Well from what I understand it is supposed to help mylot users see the posts that they want to respond to from the keywords (tags).
