well i think no as there should be designated places for smokers an different places for non smokers

I think it should be. It is unfair to subject people to smoke when they haven't chosen to do so.

I disagree, and I hope you don't - me just because my opinion is different. I think that smoking is a right, just as is drinking, or smoking pot is some countries that legalize it. I do think it is one thing to ban smoking in indoor establishments, where the smoke has no where to ventillate. But as for the outdoors, there is very little chance that second hand smoke will harm you, any more than the pollution created by cars, trucks, and businesses. It is insane for everyone to pick on smokers as the culprit of "health risks". It isn't just smoking that causes your ills. Smoking has been around for centuries, and it isn't the only reason people get cancer or other illnesses. Just as drinking isn't the only reason for liver problems. Live and let live.

well.i do not completely agree with you.........its a personal interest so he should'nt be stopped from having smoke......
