First off let me say that I don't practice a religion. I consider Baptist, Catholics, Muslims among all the others practicers of religion. I am a Christian!!! God came to earth in the from of Christ and gave the ultimate sacrifice. Now as far as I can tell this story is told with different names and faces and with minor changes in every language around the world, if that's the case then it can be all wrong. Now for the final thought of the day I would prefer to believe that when I die I am going to a better place, not just going into a grave to become worm food. Paradise or worm food? If I'm wrong let me live with my delusions, please!!!!!! At least they are prettier thoughts.

I don't believe there is a right or a wrong religion. It is all up to the person and what they wnat to believe in. I don't think the Gods or Goddess, higher power or whatever else you may want to call them care how we worship them. They send down the messages for us to learn by using a variety of means and we find our way of accepting it. We go by what we can accept. This is all my opinion of course and some will disagree which to me is their choice as well. I think as long as you are happy with what ever path you follow then you don't have to worry. As for after we die again I think it has to deal with what we expect. Our thoughts shape what will happen after we die. If you expect paradise that is what you'll get. My personal thought is I'll go to the Summerlands until it's time for me to be reincarnated.

Thank you, well said. I totally agree with you. To each their own form of worship and may we all find our own peace within ourselves.

Sorry, there is no god, there is no true religion! and if any religion was true, and god existed, then Judaism would be thetrue religion. the farther you get from judaism, the farther you getfrom what yourgod was telling you. of course, I tend to believe that Moses just saw religion as a way to hold his people together, and wrote down a set ofrules they should live by, He needed a supreme being to uphold the laws, in theory at least, in order for people to be scared enough to follow them

Truthfully, I did not say there was a "true" religion. As a matter of course I specifically said I didn't practice a religion. The truth is that I belive that Christ did exist and that Moses and the people did wander the desert for 40+ years. I will grant you that the Bible is not 100% accurate for they have discovered that there are books which were not placed in it. However, I will choose to belive in something rather than to believe in nothing. Thank you.

Ah, but you see, when you don't believe in some higher power, then you are free to believe in yourself. and you then have to accept responsibility for every action you do. I think it will be a much better world when people don't say god told them to do something, or god made it happen, or god wants things that way. Step up and say I did it because I wanted to or because I could

Okay I see your point there. I don't blame God for anything I've done. I made my mistakes and wouldn't be the person I am today without having made them. I also wouldn't be the Christian I am today without having made them. Should we live our lives with a set of moral values? Yes, I think so, or everyone would kill who they want or steal to get what they wanted so we need some sort of value system in place. I'm not scared of God, I love Him for what He did for me.

Amen, I agree with you on all points. I too am a Christian, I do attend a church but no matter if I did or if I attended a different church I would still be a Christian.
