When purchasing a home, what qualities would you look for in your ideal home? Mine would be a huge yard, a basement for a family room, a wood stove, a dishwasher and a whirlpool tub.

My ideal house would be a staright driveway, whirlpool for sure, and a woodstove. I grew up with a woodstove and they are the best for warmth.

I thought I had my ideal house. Oops I was wrong. I always wanted a big house and family. I still like having a big family but the house idea has changed. I want a small house with less cleaning, I find the more room you have the more you want to fill it and then you find you have to much stuff. I think to myself now what will my husband and I do when the last child is gone. We will be all alone in this big house. I find we hardly use some of the rooms now and it's a waste. Sure it has done well for us along the way but now I want the simple life with less bills to pay and that means smaller all the way. How does the size home you want size up to the bills it will incure? Have you thought about that one.

My ideal house would be one with lots of privacy, no yard overlookers, security, low maintenance, large rooms and a garage and modernkitchen & bathroom.
