do you ever buy something you need...but want?

how come when you want something you get it, then you are like, why did i get that? i do that all the time. all i ever do when i go shopping is buy buy buy! do you ever do that?

Sometimes when I see a thing that I want in shops, I can't resist buying it. That's when I've got the money. But when it's out of budget, I can control it. I have this notion that whenever I go to grocery stores, I look for my needs first then if I've got extra money, I indulge in buying the things i want!
