Whats make u good at cooking

Honestly i love to cook.But it seem all the things that i cook taste awfull.I've done everything such as buying some cook books, learn it on internet,cd and also on tv cooking show.
To myLot friends there, do u have any advice...?

i think that is when you cook it by heart and if your preparng it for the family. you get insipred to make it really good to impress them.
