Asthama is produced by allwergic inflammation and swelling of the mucous membrane of the bronchi and increased outpouring of mucus.
The swelling and mucus give rise to obstruction to the flow of air in the bronchi with consequent breathnig difficulty, wheezing and coughing.
Widespread spams of muscle fibres inthe walls of bronchi compound the problem and also give rise to acute episodes.

Thanks for this information, I think it is useful contribution to the mylot community as for once someone has included some information that actually has a point. Thanks once again, I have known the fact of what asthma is, but is is good to refresh my mind once again.
