why you dont like long nails for your pet animals even you have

i have also pet animals like dog and cat but i like to have long nails for them and nailpolish on their nails as well,just same as me,why whats bad then?beacuse they are mine pet right

long nails are bad for dogs and or cats. it messes with the structure of there paws cause they have to walk on them we don't have to walk on our nails now do we?
