Scary suspicious man

My husband and I thought that we had chosen a safe neighborhood when we decided to buy a home in a Detroit suburb. Last year, there was a homeless man living in our backyard. Someone called the police after they spotted him sleeping in our corner-lot backyard, because they thought he was dead! This year there is some suspicious old bum who keeps lurking around, knocking on people's door and looking inside people's cars to see what he can steal! I wish we had moved to the country. I don't know if this bum is the same guy from last year, but who knows? Now I don't feel safe here.

WOW this must be a terriable feeling having this man roaming around ur area doing unpredictable things around ur nebiourhood looking in to cars and even approaching peoples homes...I don't think I would enjoy that feeling to much expecially when u feel u should always be errry about this man walking around doing who knows what at who knows when times....If i where u I would decide to start a nebiourhood watch or even report him lurking around and doing these thing's so that he doesn't end up hurting ur family in anyway or scarying ur children best of luck....I feel for u

you can report to the police that there's this man who keeps bugging you. did other people in your neighborhood noticed what he had been doing? at least notify the police so you can have even a piece of peace.
