Besides the excitement of travel, one reason to study abroad is that you will experience new customs, holidays, foods, art, music, and politics firsthand. "Obviously, we get to learn the language, but perhaps more importantly was how much we learned about cultures, people, and myself. We learned this from the viewpoint of an active member of the community and my family, not from the tourist's point of view, Another reason for studying abroad is that you'll gain self-confidence.Living away from home can also help you adjust in the transition to college and adulthood.

because we want both. one go to a country which is more developed than his/her home country. Therefore studying abroad may make a person vision broad. Also a promising bright future is also guaranted if the program opted for studying in foreign land is of repute and have scope.

I don't think studying abroad equals more job prospect/money... because it really depends on the reputation of the university you go you, and the kind of course you study. I went overseas for my studies because overseas offered a broader spectrum of subjects than what was offered back home. And also I wanted a change of environment and fresh start. I just didn't like the way schooling worked at home.
