What you think about graduate doing "manual labour work"?

Will you do manual labour work after you graduate ?. I just graduate from computer science degree and I couldn't find jobs. There are actually allot of the manual labour jobs sitting on the job agency but too bad I am too picky about it. my brother were also just graduate but he is willing to do manual labour work. Since I am jobless now ,my puny saving is dwindling and if I couldn't find a job soon I can't pay the rent.
