Do you have any eligibilty criteria for being a politician in your country?

Any job you apply, there will be elgibily criteria's isn't it? what about politics then...is there any eligibilty for anyone to get into politics in your country? is yes, then what are the eligibilty things which come into picture?

i m from india.
in my country u shud ve lot spare time, and for difft political spheres there r diffrnt criteria.

I am also an indian and really feel sorry for some politicians who will not get qualification anywhere but they get entry into politics and get settled here and lead a comfortable life and this is really the saddest story in our country isn't it?
