Do you like old songs being remixed?

i like old songs only. remix can't be compared with old songs.

i hate that. old songs are good and remixing them spoils them very much. it seems the music directors, now dont't have the talent to make good songs and thats why they are remixing.

No. It's really annoying to hear old songs being remixed. This is just my opinion, they sound terrible.

I think it's reusing old melodies. I don't like it or dislike it, really, but I hope that the people making these remixes don't try to pass themselves off as musicians. They're not.

yes, old songs have good lyrics.... but now the new songs are having bad lyrics but very good music... so lyrics of old songs + music of new trends = great hit

well sometimes it can ruin a song and then makes it seem really bad, on the other hand sometimes it can be done well, but never as good as the original. i think people should write new music and be fresh as it makes them look better and stand out more

hi thesiddy. i think some of the remixes work if they are well produced and have put a bit of originality to the song. there is nothing worse than when you hear for instance a u2 track for example with the same song but with just a fast dancebeat covered over it. it sounds really tacky and is pretty pointless in my opinion. but there have been some decent ones in the past.

yeah, if its done in good taste. sometimes it helps the original start getting new airplay. i've heard a few remixes, then heard the original playing on other stations at different times.

i hate remix, one example i hate the remake of "one" U2, i love the original one!

i do not like lod songs being remixed since while remixing the essence of the music is lost!!

I think that some old songs sound great remixed. I really loved the remixed version of the Elvis song "A Little Less Conversation" that was used as the theme song to the show "Las Vegas." I feel that remixing honors the original song and shows that it's good enough to stand the test of time.

it is very very rare to find a good old remixed song... they`re very rare...
