Help people, I need abs.

This girl challenged me to be on the men's health magazine by march, I have achieved a lot but not fast enough, I am 91 Kgs and I need to loose another 9 kgs to get the good abs,tips people, give me tips, emergency, I am running out of time.

The best way to workout your abs is by taking sit ups or push ups. But, if you are too obese you can't do either of them. So first try to do this simple exercise, -Stand straight then sit down with your trunk straight, without your butt touching the floor and then stand up, keep your hands stretched while doing this. Repeat as many times as you can, at least 32 is minimum. -If you improved start taking sit ups. Do atleast 50, you can do in sets. something like 3 sets of 15 or so. Do pushups and in 3 days you will hav tight abs. I experienced it. Go for 3 sets of 10 and gradually increase the count per set. Hoping to hear from you. I am sure you will find better results.

I do 100 push ups, thats why i find it boring, I know body building but I need to loose 9 kgs with in the next 28 days to meet my deadline, I have lost 30kgs over the last year. Just need to loose 9 more.But cant go below 91,Have a general shape of my abs but not good enough for a magazine cover.
