What do you use for really dry skin?

My child has had eczema since he was born. I use Aveeno baby cream on him and it seems to work better than most things. I can't use anything on his head cream wise b/c of his hair. What do you use on the head and/or hair?

for the hair, i got this tip from one of the celebrities, you don't shampoo your hair that often as it looses it's own moisture. you have to wait for the essential oils to come out of your scalp. also use products that gives moisture and natural oils and with less chemicals.
