How many text messages do you usually send a day?

My phone has a message counter and since I bought it last September, I have sent 14,767 text messages and have received 13,696. I think that's outrageous. Too much wasted time on texting :-) Now I'm trying not to spend so much on my phone so I can't even finish the 100 load that Smart has for 2 days.

It has it's advantages, out here, it's too expensive to call.

I guess I don't get the appeal. I have never used the text messaging on my phone. I don't use my cell phone much though either. I'm home most of the time.

Oh that is a good idea to have a message c ounter o your phone it is outrageous with the amount that you have done though I have a mobile but I hardly send any text messages unless really necessary it costs too much, if you watch your money more carefully then think you could of bought something else for the money instead that you really wanted as with phone you only really see the bill and then you have to pay that instead of something that you may have for years to come.

I send probably 3-4 a day and recieve many more. I usually only text if someone is working and I do not want to disturb them or if it is too late to call but need to tell them something. I use it mainly as a feature for when calling is not possible.
