So the ever famous groundhog didn't see his shadow today, so that would mean that spring is right around the corner. Right? I'm not so sure that I believe the little groundhog I think its all a bunch of BS in my mind. So now I'm inquring on your opinions do you believe the groundhog do you think spring is right around the corner or do you think that the little booger is full of crap? Please tell me your opinions.

I thought that if he didn't see his shadow, that meant 6 more weeks of winter. I think it's BS, too, though. My husband says, that either way, spring will come in about 6 weeks. It's so freakin' cold, I'm ready for it now!

I don't believe it, but it's a cute enough tradition. I did wonder about ir hen I looked at my calendar, so thank you for posting the result :)

Thanks for the update. I was listening for an update on the way to work but didn't hear anything. But, to answer your question, nope, I don't believe the whole ground hog myth and though it's a gimmick, I think it's just become a fun tradition and nothing more. And, a good movie came out of it...Groundhog Day.

As I sit looking out my window with the snow blowing and causing four foot difts in front of my door. I will take any sign of spring, this has been the worst winter ever as far as snow goes here. I really want to see another color besides white.

Personally I think it is all a gimmick, a bunch of hooey. Spring (at least the start of) is around 6 more weeks anyways. I think we (in NW Ohio) had our Spring this winter. LOL
