With computers and internet connections dropping in price every year, more households are getting a highspeed internet connection. with such a large avalibility how can we keep our children safe online?

Whats the best way to effectively warn children?

parents should have house rules like curfew, time allotted for watching tv, using the Internet/PC with restrictions enabled. and follow up what activity the child is doing
