my system (pc) is very slow,wenever i login.its take nearly 5 mins to start my job?wat can i do for tis?

actually the best thing to do is to format ur pc.. another way is to upgrade ur RAM.. or use windows task manager to detect self run program and close them.. or add some space for ur virtual memory which u can adjust on my computer propeties peformance and set ur virtual memory.. i hope that helps...
