well since it is just myself and my son i dont maka a big fuse when cooking but i do make a lot of home made soups great for cold dayswhat do you cook a lot of?

I love my pasta. Especially spaghetti with white clam sauce topped with grated pecorino roman cheese. Hmmmmmm!

I am a good cook (not just my opinion - I've been told by others). I love to experiment and cook new things. Mostly I cook homemade soups I think. You can make them with anything and everything. It's an all-day thing, so the house smells wonderful all day. It's so healthy for you. Before I serve the soup I put I glob of sour cream and grated cheese in the bowl and then pour the hot soup over it. I can get my kids to eat almost anything if I throw it into a soup.. lol..

I cook a lot of vegan dishes and have gotten pretty good at it. I make lots of stews, casseroles, pasta dishes, and stir frys.
